The Choose a Charity Group, located at http://www.onlineshoppingmall.ning.com is proud to announce its third quarter raffle. This quarter our raffle will benefit the Alzheimer’s Association of America.
As many as 5.3 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease. Alzheimer's destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the seventh-leading cause of death in the United States.
Members of the Online Shopping Mall donate prizes for this raffle. We have everything from handcrafted jewelry, candles, gift certificates, etc. Tickets for the raffle are only $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00. The raffle begins today, July 1, 2009 and will end on August 30, 2009, with the drawing being held on September 1, 2009.

Please send an email to chooseacharity09@aol.com with your name, number of tickets you purchased, and your phone number and mailing address once you have completed your donation. I will email your ticket numbers to you.
